Emerge Health Christmas and New Year Trading Hours

To facilitate your order planning during the forthcoming Christmas / New Year holiday period, please find the Emerge Health holiday season operating and ordering hours as listed below.

22/12/2018 – 26/12/2018 Office Closed  
27/12/2018 – 28/12/2018 Ambient orders (only) processed for all states 9am – 4pm
29/12/2018 – 30/12/2018 Office Closed  
31/12/2018 Ambient orders (only) processed for all states 9am – 4pm
01/01/2019 Office Closed  
2/01/2019 – 4/01/2019 Normal order processing resumed 9am – 5pm

Daily order cut off time: 1:30PM AEDT


Due to the high courier traffic over the holiday season, there will be no guaranteed next day delivery between 17/12/2018 and 04/01/2019.

Priority Courier Surcharges (at full charges) will be applied outside of the above order processing time with no exception, so please plan your orders accordingly.

Alternatively, over this period, we can prepare your orders for you to organise your own courier pick-up from our warehouse at 180, Parkwest Drive, Derrimut, Victoria, 3030.

Product ownership will be transferred to you once the order has been picked up by your courier.

For Sativex orders, please contact Customer Service.

There will be no order processing (including pick-up and Sativex orders) for the dates that the office will be closed.
